WHAT IS JCI?

JCI (Junior Chamber International) is a global non-profit organization for people aged 18-40. JCI’s mission is to provide leadership development opportunities that empower young people to create positive change.

The main objective of JCI is to encourage young people to become active citizens and to participate in efforts towards social and economic development and international cooperation.

JCI members come from a wide variety of backgrounds, both culturally and professionally, but they all share the same core values: developing the leadership abilities of members, increasing the responsibility in the community, strengthening the friendship between nations, as well as supporting and initiating positive changes in the society.
