How to get to Tartu from Tallinn Airport?
It takes about 2-2,5 hours to get to Tartu from Tallinn Airport. Transportation options are available on Tallinn Airport web.
You can also catch the bus from Tallinn Airport to Tartu. We recommend purchasing the bus ticket about a week in advance from web.

After arriving to Tartu:
Tartu bus station is a 3-minute walk from the conference venue and is also within walking distance of our partner hotels.
Tartu train station is 1.8 kilometers from our conference venue and partner hotels. The easiest way to get there is by city bus (which is free during the conference week) or by taxi.
How to get to Tartu city center from Tartu Airport?
It takes about 15-20 minutes to get to Tartu from Tartu Airport. Transportation options (including airport shuttle information) are available on Tartu Airport web.

How to get to Tartu from Port of Tallinn?
If you are travelling by ferry line to Port of Tallinn, then you have multiple options how to continue your trip to Tartu.
You can take taxi outside the terminal to the Tallinn bus station to continue trip from there to Tartu. It is about 15 minute drive.
Another option is to use public transport to the Tallinn bus station. It may take more time, but is great opportunity to have a glance at Tallinn. Info about public transport from terminal A or terminal D can be found here.
Parking information
Parking in V Spa Conference Center:
It is most convenient for hotel guests to use the P2 floor of the Kvartal shopping center parking lot. Entrance to the parking area from Turu and Soola streets. The parking area is automatically operated and open for 24 h.
The 24-hour parking fee in the Kvartali shopping center is 25€.

Every next starter hour 2 euro
25 euros for 24 hours
*Fine for lost parking ticket is 25 euros.
You can pay both in cash and with a bank card, using the payment machines in the middle of the parking lot.
Kvartal parking can fit cars with a height of up to 2 m.
On the floor P2 (on the hotel side) there is an Enefit Volt charging station for electric cars. There are two 50 kW quick chargers that are suitable for electric cars with both European and Japanese charging standards.
Parking on Aleksandri and Kalevi streets – Parking zone B ( free space availability )
Free parking at the following times, marked:
- On weekdays from 19:00 until 08:00 the next morning.
- On the weekend, Friday evening from 19:00 until Monday morning at 08:00.
NB! 90 min. free parking only with parking clock or parking time is written on the paper. Free parking permit should be on the windshield.
