Rules for “Win your ticket money back” game
- Organizer: The game is organized by JCI Toomemäe, who is the organizer of the JCI Baltic Conference 2024 “Arts of Survival in Borderless Business”.
- Eligibility: All individuals who purchase a ticket for the JCI Baltic Conference 2024 between June 10 and June 16, 2024, and pay for it during that time period, are eligible to participate. Members of the conference organizing team are not eligible to participate in the game.
- Duration: The game starts on June 10, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM (GMT+2) on June 16, 2024. If fewer than 5 conference tickets are purchased during the game period, the Organizer has the right to extend the duration of the game by one week, until June 23, 2024, at 11:59 PM (GMT+2). If fewer than 5 tickets are purchased by the end of the second week as well, a winner will be drawn regardless.
- Participation: To participate, purchase a ticket for the JCI Baltic Conference 2024 during the specified duration. Each ticket purchased qualifies as one entry into the game.
- Prize: One lucky winner will receive a full refund of the ticket price they paid.
- Winner Selection and Announcement: The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. The winner will be drawn no later than 3 days after the end of the game. The drawing will take place on the conference’s Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/borderless.business) via Facebook Live. The winner will be announced on our official website and social media channels. The winner will also be notified via the email provided during the ticket purchase.
- Refund Process: The ticket refund will be completed within 14 days of the winner’s confirmation.
- Privacy: Participants’ personal information will be used solely for the purpose of this game and in accordance with our privacy policy.
- General Conditions: The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the game at any time if circumstances beyond their control make this unavoidable. The organizer’s decision in all matters relating to the game is final and binding.
