Conditions for ticket cancellation:

 

100% Refund: Up to 40 days before 19.09.2024

75% Refund: Up to the Early Bird registration deadline on 21.08.2024

50% Refund: Up to 15 days before 19.09.2024

25% Refund: Up to 5 days before 19.09.2024

0% Refund: 4 days or less before 19.09.2024

 

All requests must be submitted to borderless@jci.ee.

No refunds will be given onsite.

Any wire transfer fees charged by the banks will also be deducted from the refund.

 

Please note that refund requests will be handled within 5 working days.
