- Organizer: The game is organized by JCI Toomemäe, who is the organizer of JCI Baltic Conference 2024 “Arts of Survival in Borderless Business”.
- Eligibility: All individuals who follow us on our social media channels (Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/borderless.business) and/or Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/jcibc2024) and/or LinkedIn (https://www.linkedin.com/company/borderlessbusiness) and/or tag us in their posts or stories (using #jcibc2024 or #jcibc2024 or #borderless) between June 10 to June 16, 2024, are eligible to participate. Members of the conference organizing team are not eligible to participate in the game.
- Duration: The game starts on June 10, 2024, and ends at 7:00 AM (GMT+2) on June 16, 2024.
- Participation: To participate, follow us on our official social media channels and/or tag us in your posts or stories during the specified duration. Each follow and each tag qualifies as one entry into the game.
- Prize: Five lucky winners will each receive a special prize.
- Winner Selection and Announcement: The winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. The winners will be drawn between 8:00-11:59 AM (GMT+2) on June 16, 2024. The drawing will take place on the conference’s Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/borderless.business) via Facebook Live. The winners will be announced on our official website and social media channels. The winners will also be notified via the social media platforms they used to participate.
- Prize Distribution: The prizes will be distributed to the winners in Oulu (in or near Lapland Hotel Oulu) on June 16, 2024 (between 12:00-2:00 PM) or after that in Tallinn/Tartu, Estonia (until the end of JCI Baltic Conference in Tartu, September 22nd, 2024).
- Privacy: Participants’ personal information will be used solely for the purpose of this game and in accordance with our privacy policy.
- General Conditions: The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the game at any time if circumstances beyond their control make this unavoidable. The organizer’s decision in all matters relating to the game is final and binding.
